Overview

The Staff Page shows everyone who keeps Lighthouse running -- staff members in each department, plus the Board of Directors. It's the best place to put a name to a face, learn what each role involves, or find out who to contact.

Viewing a Staff Position

Each department shows a grid of positions. Filled positions display the staff member's name and rank; vacant positions show as Open.

Click any position card to open a panel with full details:

• Title and department -- What the role is called and which team it belongs to
• Rank badge -- Whether this is a Junior Crew, Crew Member, or Officer role
• Description -- What this person does as part of the team
• Responsibilities -- A detailed list of their day-to-day duties
• Requirements -- What's expected of someone in this position
• Staff member info -- For filled positions, the assigned staff member's photo, name, and links to reach them on Discord or Minecraft

Close the panel by clicking the X or clicking anywhere outside it.

Applying for an Open Position

If a vacant position is currently accepting applications, you'll see an Apply for this Position button inside the position panel. Clicking it takes you directly to the application form for that role.

Not all open positions accept applications at all times -- if you don't see the Apply button, that role isn't currently recruiting. Check back later or keep an eye on community announcements.

Viewing Board Members

The lower section of the staff page shows the Board of Directors. Click any board member card to see their profile, including their photo, title, bio, and any contact links.

Board member positions are appointed rather than applied for. They aren't shown in the department grid above.
