🌐 General

• We began and closed our meeting with prayer, inviting God’s guidance and blessing over our community.
• We are really light on active staff at the moment. If you would like to help Lighthouse out, please check out the Our Team page and apply for a position that is not filled. Thanks!

🖥️ Website and Systems

• Our website will be moved to a more cost-effective hosting platform soon to improve financial stability.
• A new rules system is in development. This system will let you see exactly which rules have changed since you last agreed to them and will send reminders to agree to updated rules. If agreement is not received within four weeks, access will be temporarily paused until the rules have been agreed to.

⚙️ Server and Technical Updates

• There is a current issue with shop purchases being taxed unexpectedly, likely due to a plugin update and misconfiguration. We will try to investigate this week, but without Engineering staff this may not make the top of the priority list
• Plugin updates are scheduled but may be delayed as the engineering team is seeking additional help.
• Discussions about a potential server reset next year continue, but no decision has been made.
• A PvP board feature will soon be added in the Temple area. Players who choose to be PvPers can add their names to the board so others know they can be engaged in PvP without explicit permission. Players not listed will still be able to PvP, but only with permission.

📖 Prayer and Bible Study

• Recently, we tried a new format where everyone shared short devotionals about what God has been teaching them. This will become a regular Bible study that we do on the first Tuesday of each month, with advance notice provided so participants can prepare.

👥 Community Life

• We are officially recognized as a Nonprofit Corporation in Colorado.
• Efforts to encourage more active participation from community members are underway, including staff engaging more in gameplay.

🎮 Events and Builds

• Continued improvements are being made to Event Island in preparation for an upcoming event, details to be announced soon.
